Coriander and a special blend of carefully selected flavourants are characteristic of this seasoning. The coarsely ground coriander contributes to the desired visual attributes.
Instructions: use 40-50 g spice per kg of meat.
Mix or tumble the spice, meat, and any additional ingredients together. Leave overnight to marinate. Mix or tumble again. Hang and dry to 40-50% moisture loss.
Ingredients: Flavouring, coriander (irradiated), salt, sucrose, black pepper (irradiated).
Not suitable for people with wheat gluten, soya bean, milk or egg allergies.
