In 1999 Gilly Walters made her first batch of Walters Soft Handmade Honey Nougat in the Walters family kitchen. Today we still painstakingly prepare Mum's original recipe by hand in small batches, using only the finest ingredients, free from artificial flavouring, colourants, preservatives, dairy & gluten, with the same love and passion she mixed into every batch.
