Drostdy Hof Merlot 750ml

Drostdy Hof Merlot is a medium-bodied South African Red Wine with rich berry aromas of strawberries and red currants. It has a fruity aroma of ripe cherries and berries and the creamy plums. After malolactic fermentation, the medium-weight, smooth wine matured in French oak on stainless steel for six months.

Colour: Deep Red.

Bouquet: Strawberry and cherry with spicy oak aromas.

Palate: A medium-bodied wine, smooth and very approachable with lots of strawberry flavours.

Food Suggestions: Great with red meat dishes and pasta dishes.
