This product has a fruity peach flavour enhanced with aniseed, coriander and fried onion.

Instructions: use 48-50 g spice per Kg meat.

Ingredients:  Salt, cereal (wheat gluten), spice and spice extracts, sucrose, MSG (flavour enhancer), acidity regulator, dehydrated vegetable (onion - irradiated), tapioca starch, sodium erythorbate, flavouring, anticaking agent, preservative (sodium sulphite).
