Nederburg The Winemasters Pinotage 750ml
The grapes were harvested by hand and machine and were crushed and cool-fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks for around two weeks. After malolactic fermentation, the wine was matured in contact with French and American oak for 12 months. This delicious wine displays a bounty of plums, prunes, and some subtle oak spice on the nose, followed by a full mouthfeel of rich fruit flavors, soft tannins, and a lingering aftertaste. Serve with red meats, roast duck, guinea fowl, quail, ostrich, smoked Kassler chops, roast leg of lamb, and even chocolate.
